On 22 November 2024, Singapore Association for Counselling (SAC) organised the Singapore Counselling and Psychotherapy Symposium. It was an inspiring event of counsellors and psychotherapists all over Singapore coming together to witness the commitment to collaboration of SAC, Association for Marital and Family Therapy, Singapore, APTS and Art Therapists’ Association Singapore, and to explore and confer about the importance of multimodality and multidisciplinary interventions with the rise in complexity and needs of clients and families seen in mental health services. Safe Expanse had the privilege to support the event, with our Lead Therapist as one of the facilitators for the workshop on Therapeutic Powers of Play presented by Association for Play Therapy (Singapore) (APTS).
