Supports and helps the individual to better manage and resolve challenges such as:

Couple Therapy

Supports couples to address and improve communication and conflict resolution difficulties. Through couple sessions, unconscious patterns of behaviours and interactions can be surfaced and mutual goals can be worked on to improve and strengthen the understanding, empathy and relationship between the couple.


Family Therapy

Supports restoration of relationships between family members (e.g. parent-child, or more than two members) through working on communication and conflict resolution skills and working with members to transform unhelpful behaviours and patterns more adaptive and connecting strategies.
