Ms Gladys Hu

Founder, Lead Therapist

Gladys is passionate about restoring and building vitality in the lives of individuals and the relationships between couples and family members. She specializes in working with children and teens, together with their parents/family members to promote better management of behavioural and emotional challenges.

Gladys has close to a decade of experience as a social worker with clinical training, working with individuals and families at the Child Protection Specialist and Family Service Centres, and a counsellor in private practice on issues such as depression, anxiety, trauma, attachment and relationship difficulties, poor self-esteem, and parenting challenges. Gladys also provides training and coaching for social workers and counsellors at the family service centre in working with children.

Shan Yao possesses close to a decade of clinical expertise as a social worker, specializing in diverse emotional and mental health concerns such as addiction, marital and family conflicts, and trauma. With training in various therapy framework, he integrates the use of these modalities in his therapy work to cater to client’s needs and issues. 

Beyond therapy, Shan Yao dives into growth and self-awareness. He is actively engaged in using the Enneagram personality framework in his personal journey and coaching to individuals. As a coach, Shan Yao has been certified as an Integrative Enneagram Accredited Practitioner with Integrative Enneagram Solutions

Mr Stanley Soh

Stanley aims to help young people find meaning and purpose in their lives, and focuses on relationships and how it builds a strong foundation for healthy living. He draws on his extensive working experience to help working adults find balance between their careers and personal/family lives, and to build healthy and meaningful relationships.

Stanley provides mentoring and counselling services to various organizations, and volunteers actively to support the mental health and wellbeing of youths in Singapore. Previously a senior executive with a proven track record of large-scale transformation projects and regional managerial skills, Stanley has corporate experience managing >150 regional staff and large scale transformation and change projects. Stanley is also a trained marriage mentor and seeks to help couples find meaningful and fulfilling marriage life.

This can bring better well being, new insights to achieve their goals, and improve their personal & work relationships.

    Shi Min has experience counselling youth, young adults transitioning into the workplace, working adults with children and families. As a working parent with more than 20 years of work experience in large organisations, she empathises with the challenges and aspirations faced by those who juggle multiple balls and struggle with personal & work relationships.
