Ms Shi Min

Therapist

Shi Min believes that every individual should be given a safe, supportive and creative space to express their life stories and challenges. Through personalised and meaningful therapeutic processing, they can enhance their self awareness, experience a journey of hope and rescript their life narratives. This can bring better well being, new insights to achieve their goals, and improve their personal & work relationships.

Shi Min has experience counselling youth, young adults transitioning into the workplace, working adults with children and families. As a working parent with more than 20 years of work experience in large organisations, she empathises with the challenges and aspirations faced by those who juggle multiple balls and struggle with personal & work relationships.

Modalities:

  • Person-Centered Therapy
  • Solution-Focused and Integrative Approach
  • Transactional Analysis
  • Integrative Art Therapy

Life can sometimes feel like a series of balls to be juggled constantly. I believe that everyone deserves a safe, supportive and creative space to take pause, reflect and express without fear. Through meaningful therapeutic processing, individuals, couples and families can uncover new insights and strengths, that will enable them to find breakthroughs in their situations.

Why do online sessions cost different from face-to-face sessions?

Unfortunately, overheads are higher for us and hence we have no choice but to charge higher fees for face-to-face sessions.  However, do read our article on online vs face-to-face counselling to find out which mode of counselling may be more suitable for your situation and needs.

In order to ensure the quality and effectiveness of our services, our therapists will also assess whether it is suitable to continue to provide sessions online for you based on your concerns and mental wellness condition, or recommend continuing with face-to-face sessions.
