Safe Expanse ("we") is committed to protecting your personal data in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA). This policy explains what we collect through this website, why, and the choices you have.

What we collect

• Enquiry form — your name, email address, phone number, your message, and any session preferences you choose to give (concerns, preferred days or times, preferred therapist, in-person or online), plus the page you first arrived on and the site that referred you. We use this only to respond to you and arrange an appointment.
• WhatsApp, phone and email — if you contact us directly, we receive whatever you send, along with your number or address.
• Client portal — existing clients who use the online portal provide login details and appointment information. This is used to manage your sessions.
• Website analytics — we use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used (pages visited, approximate location, device type). This data is aggregated and does not identify you. It is not used for advertising.

How we use it

To reply to your enquiry, match you with a suitable therapist, schedule and manage sessions, send appointment confirmations, and improve this website. We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for marketing lists you have not opted into.

Session records

Anything you share within a counselling session is confidential and is held separately from this website, under our professional obligations. Limits to confidentiality (such as a risk of serious harm) are explained by your therapist at your first session.

Who we share it with

Your details are seen only by the Safe Expanse team members who need them to respond to you. We use trusted service providers to run this website and deliver email (hosting, email delivery, analytics); they process data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to respond and, if you become a client, for the duration of our relationship plus the period required by our professional and legal obligations. You may ask us to delete an enquiry that did not lead to an appointment.

Your rights

Under the PDPA you may ask to access or correct the personal data we hold about you, or withdraw consent to its use. Contact our Data Protection Officer at contact@safeexpanse.sg or +65 8044 4107. We will respond within 30 days.

Cookies

This site sets analytics cookies (Google Analytics). Portal users' login is kept in your browser's local storage until you log out. You can block cookies in your browser; the public site continues to work without them.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version.
