Gladys works with adults, couples, children, and adolescents navigating trauma, anxiety, relationship difficulties, parenting challenges, and major life transitions. Her approach is collaborative and integrative, grounded in gestalt therapy — focused on understanding the whole person rather than isolated symptoms. She is trained in trauma-focused therapies including EMDR, Trauma-Focused CBT, Gestalt Therapy, and attachment-based approaches, helping clients process difficult experiences and build healthier ways of coping and relating.
Gladys has more than a decade of experience as a social worker with clinical training, having worked with individuals and families at Child Protection Specialist and Family Service Centres, and as a psychotherapist in her private practice. She also provides consultation and training for social workers and counsellors on working with children.
